I have to fund a permanent conservation, and unfortunately for me, hit me bad, you can not floss little help ... Brush only the garbage outside. But when I tried to use the help (and I assume that the proposed semi), which seek to irritate the gums, because I was curious, and rubber in my portfolio. And if your implying flowed in general, when I started flossing your gums bleed when flossing one or two months. The gums between the teeth without flossing are soft and fragile, are not used for the washing effect for bleeding gums. So, until it "hard to burst" and ready to bleed. No teeth with a toothbrush new brissle difficult, even for me ... my gums, the use of the weakening and then all brisslesSuddenly brissles harden again, and irritation and inflammation and bleeding. I must be careful not to brush too hard, if you use a new toothbrush. I honestly think its as simple as you get angry, start brushing and flossing more smoothly. If my gums that is usually several days to a week to normalize again.

Now, if after a few weeks after his increasingly irritated or worse I'm going to the dentist because it may be more than irritated gums.
